Pregnancy and Newborn package options come with a free 45 minute consultation over the phone prior to our first meeting. Consultation includes opportunities for you to ask any questions about the services provided, creating a plan of care together, and gathering essential information to curate our future sessions. Additionally, package options come with a complimentary gift of children's books to read to your baby.

Pregnancy Package

• 1:1 meetings at your home or location you feel safe
• Each meeting is about 1-1.5 hours long

Newborn Package

• 1:1 meetings at your home or location you feel safe
• Each meeting is about 1-1.5 hours long

Group Classes

• Classes are currently provided online via zoom. Exceptions are made for personalized group classes
• Classes are 2 hours long, 1.5 hours of instruction plus 30 mins of Q&A
• Schedule of classes are updated monthly
